5 Star Review: I think that with this little community pushed back in the neighborhood, off of Kellogg, It really helps with the noise level being very minimal. Also, the square footage of these apartments—extraordinary! Not a lot of apartment communities in or around Wichita have a 3 bedroom option, so that’s a plus for my 4 person family, and the 3 month lease option is perfect for those looking to buy a home soon
