Love this place. Two bedroom 2 bath is the biggest you will find in Wichita for the price that are offering. Spent a day and looked at 9 diffrent complexes in Wichita and this was my favorite. Property manager is super sweet and very polite. Neighbors are super polite as well no complaints across the board.

What a great complex! It's nestled away from the hustle and bustle but still has super easy access to US54 and east-side shopping. The property is well maintained, they just installed nice new balconies and the pool was beautiful all summer. Nice sized apartments at a great price and a really great staff.

5 Star Review: I think that with this little community pushed back in the neighborhood, off of Kellogg, It really helps with the noise level being very minimal. Also, the square footage of these apartments—extraordinary! Not a lot of apartment communities in or around Wichita have a 3 bedroom option, so that’s a plus for my 4 person family, and the 3 month lease option is perfect for those looking to buy a home soon
